Conditions of hire
1. Please use inflatable on flat, grass surface (If paving or cement, make use of
a groundsheet. Please remove all stones and sharp objects prior to inflating the fun
item.
2. No children are to play with or near the motors.
3. The motors are not to be left in the rain or in water whilst out on hire.
4. No animals are permitted on the inflatable/s at any time.
5. Only children 11 years and younger allowed on fun items. NO ADULTS ALLOWED ON
FUN ITEMS.
6. NO shoes, sharp objects or food are allowed on the fun items.
7. Jumping Tods Parties will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to
any person/s on the property whatsoever.
8. The hirer acknowledges that it is necessary at all times to have a responsinle adult in
attendance to supervise children. The hirer undertakes to ensure strict compliance
herewith.
9. All damages incurred to the inflatable/s or the electrical motors, whilst in possession
of the hirer, will be payable by the hirer, legal costs included.
10. Water item - prior to collection time, please deflate the item and empty as much
water as possible, re-inflate and leave for a few minutes to dry.
11. Upon order a 50 % deposit is payable. Cancelation policy: No deposit refunds will
be given - alternatively another rental date may be arranged subject to availability.
12. Unfortunately, no cheques can be accepted, only bank transfer, direct deposit or
cash.
13. Please make sure the fun item is returned on time. Levies will be charged on late
returns.
14. Additional overnight fee of R 100.00 is charged for overnight bookings.
15. Overnight bookings retuns should be no later than 07:00 the following morning.
16. Specific items are supplied with 200 balls. (R3.00 per ball will be charged for lost
balls!)
